Note: The plusmeta platform runs in the browser. For a smooth experience, we recommend using a modern browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari). You also need an internet connection.
As soon as an user account has been created for you, you will receive an email from notification@app.plusmeta.de with your temporary password.
- Open the page https://app.plusmeta.de/login/ in the browser.
- Log in with the temporary password and the email address with which your user was created. You will now be taken to a dialogue asking you to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Enable the switch to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Then click Continue to proceed to the next step.
In the next step, plusmeta now asks you to assign a new password. - Set a new password The new password must meet the following requirements:
- The password must have at least 8 characters
- Your password must contain at least one number (
0-9) - Password must contain at least one special character
(^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? - " ! # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~) - Password must contain at least one uppercase letter (
A-Z) - The password must contain at least one lowercase letter (
a-z)
After changing the password, you will be taken back to the login view.
- Log in with your email address and the new password.
