Add objects from an existing project

This help page explains how to add objects from an existing project in the Add Objects workflow step.

Use the Add button to add objects (PDF, HTML, etc.) from a different, existing project to your currently active project.

Note: Every object of the other existing project will be added to your active project. If you only want to add certain objects of a project, use the Add existing objects option to select them from your existing objects in plusmeta.

Adding objects from an existing project.

1. Click the Add button.
   Three buttons appear.
2. Click the button to add objects from another project.
   A table will open showing all your projects.
3. Click on the checkbox to select one or multiple projects.
   The ASSIGN X OBJECTS button shows the number of objects that are added to your project.
   Tip: If you have a lot of projects, it can be helpful to search for the project using the search bar. You can also use the button to add more columns to the table and include or exclude closed projects from the list. You can learn more on the Table view help page.
4. Click the ASSIGN X OBJECTS button.
   The dialogue closes, the objects are uploaded in the background and then appear in the project.
