Note: Whether you have access to the Administration view depends on your permissions.


The Administration view allows you to manage roles and permissions. In addition, you can manage existing users and create new users.

If you have the appropriate permissions, you can access the Administration view from the sidebar.

Sections

On the following help pages you will find information about the individual sections of the Administration view:

Edit organization

You can edit your organization, for example the company name, display name and URL.

Company name and display name: The company name is the legal name of the company, for example minusmeta GmbH & Co. KG. This legal name is published in the workflow Compile documentation. In the Display name field, you can specify a short form of the company name, for example, if the company name is very long. An example of a Display name would be minusmeta.

  1. Click the button next to the organization field.
    The Edit organization dialogue appears.
  2. Make the desired changes.
  3. Click on SAVE to save the changes.

In the Edit organization dialogue, you also have the option to import and export your settings using the button.

Note: The changes may only become active after a new log-in.

Switch organizations

With the multi-client function, plusmeta users can switch back and forth between different organizations.

Note: Whether this function is available depends on your license. If you are interested, please contact your plusmeta consultant.

The button at the top right takes you to the user settings. Here you can switch between different organizations if the multi-client function is configured.

Configure multi-client

  1. Open the Administration view.
  2. Click on the User tab.
  3. Hover over a user and click the Edit button.
    The Edit User dialogue opens.
  4. In the Available organizations field, select another organization to which the user can switch.
  5. Click SAVE.
